Q1.How does the free preview work?
Upload 1 to 3 clear photos of yourself, choose your preferred background color and style, and generate a free preview before you pay anything. If you like the result, you can unlock a paid package to generate more portraits in different styles and download your favourites in high resolution. The free preview is ready within a couple of minutes and lets you evaluate quality without any commitment.
Q2.What are the different pricing tiers?
We offer three main packages: Starter (4 high-resolution downloads and basic style access), Pro (unlimited downloads across all professional styles), and Executive (premium executive styles, unlimited regenerations, priority processing). Every package includes a full commercial-use license, and a free preview first so you only pay if you’re happy with the results.
Q3.Do I need to create an account?
No account required for the free preview. You can generate and download a sample right away. To purchase additional images or unlock packages, we’ll collect your email and payment information securely through Stripe, but registration takes less than a minute.
Q4.Can I try different styles for free?
Yes. Your free preview lets you experiment with style selection before deciding which direction works best for you. You can see how different backgrounds and style categories look with your photos and regenerate within the preview to compare variations.
Photo Quality & Requirements
Q5.What makes a good photo for ioomm?
The best photos for generation are well-lit, in focus, with your face clearly visible and occupying about 30-60% of the frame. Natural light (window light) works wonderfully, and slightly angled faces often produce better-looking results than perfectly straight-on shots. Avoid harsh shadows, strong backlight, and extreme angles.
Q6.What if my photo is too dark or blurry?
Low light or blur significantly reduces how well the AI can capture your likeness. Use soft natural light (ideally from a window), keep the camera steady or use a tripod, and make sure your face is in sharp focus. If your selfie camera struggles in low light, try moving to a brighter location or take photos during daytime.
Q7.Can I upload a professional headshot?
Absolutely. Professional photos, selfies, and casual photos all work well with ioomm. We actually find that a mix of angles and expressions produces the best variation. A slightly candid smile often generates more natural results than a perfectly rigid pose.
Q8.Do I need to upload multiple photos?
No, but it usually helps. You can upload 1 to 3 photos to give the system more information about your appearance, skin tone, and varied angles. One clear, well-lit photo is enough to start. Two or three photos improve consistency and help the AI understand you from different perspectives, especially if you plan to regenerate multiple times.
Q9.What image formats do you support?
We accept JPEG, PNG, and WebP formats. For best results, upload photos that are at least 500x500 pixels with your face clearly visible, good lighting, and only one person in the frame. Avoid heavy compression artifacts or watermarks that might confuse the generation process.
Q10.Can I use photos taken with glasses or hats?
We recommend clear photos of your face without sunglasses, reading glasses (light framed glasses are usually fine), or face coverings. Your eyes, nose, and mouth should be clearly visible. While we can work with some accessories, removing them usually gives you more recognizable and professional results.
Generation & Results
Q11.How do I get variety in poses?
Each style comes with 5+ professional poses that are randomly selected on each generation. Generate the same style multiple times to see different poses, compositions, angles, and expressions. You don’t control which specific pose you get, but the system ensures variety across regenerations. Pro and Executive packages give you unlimited regenerations to keep exploring.
Q12.How long does generation take?
Your free preview is usually ready within 2-3 minutes. Paid packages typically finish within 3-5 minutes after the preview completes. Timing can vary slightly depending on queue load, your internet speed, and image complexity. You’ll see real-time progress and estimated wait time as the system processes your request.
Q13.Can I regenerate a style if I don’t like it?
Absolutely! Starter package includes regenerations within your plan, Pro and Executive packages offer unlimited regenerations. Click the regenerate button on any style in your results to create a new variation with a different pose, composition, and expression. Keep regenerating until you find the perfect shot.
Q14.Will the AI preserve my exact appearance?
We aim to keep you recognizable and authentic while improving lighting, framing, styling, and composition. The goal is professional, flattering headshots that still look like you. You’ll see the results in your free preview and can regenerate multiple times until you find versions you love. If you’re not happy, we offer refunds for technical issues.
Q15.What if I don’t like the results?
Your free preview lets you decide before purchasing anything. Once you’ve bought a package, regenerate the style multiple times—you often get dramatically different results on the second or third try. If a technical issue prevents proper generation, we’ll provide a full refund. Otherwise, sales are final once you’ve downloaded high-resolution images.
Q16.Can I download images in different sizes?
All downloaded images are high-resolution files suitable for professional use—LinkedIn, websites, business cards, portfolio sites, and print materials. We optimize the resolution for both web and print applications so you have one versatile file for any purpose.

Q17.What’s the difference between the Starter, Pro, and Executive packages?
Starter (£19.99) gives you 4 high-resolution downloads and access to core styles. Pro (£49.99) includes unlimited downloads and access to all professional category styles. Executive (£99.00) adds exclusive executive styles, larger file sizes for print, priority processing, and unlimited regenerations. All three packages include a full commercial-use license. Choose based on how many images you need and which style categories appeal to you.
Q18.Can I regenerate styles across different packages?
Yes. Once you’ve generated a free preview, you can unlock any package level. Your unused regenerations carry over, and you can continue working with styles from your chosen package. Upgrading from Starter to Pro unlocks additional styles and removes download limits.
Q19.What styles are included in each package?
Starter and Pro packages both include professional, corporate, and modern category styles. Executive adds exclusive executive category styles designed for C-suite roles, investor relations, and premium professional contexts. All styles come with multiple pose variations that randomize on regeneration.
Q20.How many styles can I use my downloads on?
Your download allowance applies across all available styles. A Starter package with 4 downloads means 4 total images across any styles you generate—you could do 1 style 4 times, 2 different styles twice each, or any other combination within your limit. Pro and Executive packages have unlimited downloads.
Privacy, Legal & Security
Q21.Are my photos used to train AI models?
No. Your photos are never used to train our AI models or shared with third parties for training. Photos are processed securely to generate your portraits, stored temporarily for your session access, and automatically deleted per our privacy policy. Your data is yours alone.
Q22.How long are my photos stored?
Free preview photos and session data are stored for 24 hours, then automatically deleted. If you purchase a package, your generated high-resolution portraits are stored for up to 30 days so you have plenty of time to download and save them. Your original uploaded selfie can be deleted immediately from your dashboard anytime. We don’t retain photos longer than necessary.
Q23.Can I use these photos commercially?
Yes. All generated portraits come with a commercial-use license included with every package. You own the rights to use them for LinkedIn profiles, company websites, marketing materials, business cards, social media, press releases, book covers, portfolio sites, and any other professional purpose. No additional licensing required.
Q24.Are my payments secure?
All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. Your credit card information is encrypted end-to-end and never stored on our servers. We never see your full card number. All transactions are secure and comply with industry security standards.
Q25.What’s your refund policy?
We offer free previews before purchase so you can evaluate quality first. Once you’ve purchased and downloaded high-resolution images, sales are final to prevent abuse. However, if there’s a technical issue preventing proper generation or image quality issues on our end, we’ll process a full refund. Contact support with screenshots for technical refunds.
Q26.Who owns the photos I generate?
You do. ioomm generates the images, but you own the copyright to the portraits once generated. You can use them however you like (commercially, personally, on any platform) without any restrictions or further payments to us.
Billing & Payments
Q27.What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We also support alternative payment methods in select regions. All transactions are in your local currency where available.
Q28.Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?
Your free preview is specifically designed to let you evaluate results before purchasing. If you’re unhappy with the preview quality, don’t purchase—there’s no charge. If you purchased and there’s a technical issue with generation, we’ll refund you. If you simply don’t like purchased images, you can regenerate the style multiple times, often getting very different results.
Q29.Do you offer team or enterprise pricing?
Yes. For teams of 5+ people or enterprise needs, we offer custom pricing, bulk generation allowances, and admin dashboards to manage team members. Email enterprise@ioomm.app with your team size and use case for a customized quote.
Q30.Can I buy extra downloads?
Yes. If you run out of downloads on a package, you can purchase additional packs of 3 high-resolution downloads at £ (or local equivalent). This is faster than upgrading to Pro if you just need a few more images.
Q31.Is there a subscription or one-time purchase?
One-time purchase. You pay once for your package, get your downloads and regenerations, and you’re done. No hidden subscriptions, no recurring charges unless you explicitly choose to buy more. Completely transparent pricing.

Q32.Can our whole team use ioomm?
Absolutely. For teams, we offer bulk generation allowances, shared admin dashboard, team member management, and unified billing. This is ideal for companies wanting professional headshots for all employees. Contact enterprise@ioomm.app with your team size for a custom quote.
Q33.Do you offer team discounts?

Q34.Can we integrate ioomm into our employee onboarding?

Q35.What if an employee leaves—what happens to their photos?
All photos belong to the individual who generated them. If an employee leaves, they retain ownership and access to their generated portraits. Your company cannot access individual employee photos. This protects employee privacy while maintaining their professional headshot ownership.
Troubleshooting
Q36.Why didn’t my generation complete?
Generation can occasionally be interrupted by network issues, browser crashes, or processing errors. If generation stalls, try refreshing the page—your session is saved and you can resume. If it continues to fail, try uploading different photos or visiting at a different time. Contact support with your session ID if the issue persists.
Q37.Why do my results look nothing like me?
This usually happens when photos are too blurry, too dark, heavily filtered, or at extreme angles. Try with clearer, better-lit photos without filters. If the first generation looks off, regenerate the same style a few times—you often get dramatically different results on subsequent tries that are much closer to your appearance.
Q38.Can I get a refund if the photos don’t look like me?
Your free preview shows you expected quality before purchase. If you’re not happy with the preview, don’t buy. If you purchased and want a refund for quality reasons (not just taste), contact support with details. We refund for technical issues. For quality feedback, regenerate multiple times—different poses often look much better.
Q39.Why is generation taking longer than usual?
Generation time varies based on queue load, your internet connection speed, and image complexity. Peak hours may see 5-10 minute waits instead of the usual 2-3 minutes. You’ll see estimated wait time when you submit. If it exceeds 15 minutes, try refreshing or contact support.
Q40.My page keeps timing out. What should I do?
Browser timeouts can happen on slower connections or very old devices. Try: 1) A wired internet connection instead of WiFi, 2) A different browser (Chrome usually works best), 3) A different device if possible. If you’re on a very old device, you may need to upgrade for reliable generation.
Q41.Can I contact support if I have an issue?
Yes. Email support@ioomm.app with your session ID, screenshots of the issue, and what you were trying to do. Our team usually responds within 24 hours on weekdays. For billing or enterprise questions, reach out to the relevant contact on our website.
